Since graduating from Princeton in 1968, John Storyk has designed over 3000 recording studios, corporate conference rooms, broadcast complexes and audioforvideo suites around the world.  Storyk’s first commission was for Jimi Hendrix.  That studio, Electric Lady, is still turning out hit records today in it=s original site in NY's Greenwich Village.  John  Storyk’s credits range from multimillion dollar facilities in Kuala Lumpur to NY’s Jazz At Lincoln Center performance complex and studios in Brazil, Argentina and India. WSDG clients include: Whitney Houston, Bob Marley, Hollywood film composer Carter Burwell, Aerosmith, Timbaland’s Tim Mosley, Tracy Chapman, Goo Goo Dolls, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys.  Corporate clients include Hoffman La Roche, The Food Network, Interlochen Public Radio, CBS and New York City’s WNET.

Currently celebrating his 40th year as a leading architect/acoustician, Mr. Storyk has also designed distance-learning facilities for NY's Hunter College, the experimental Ross School in East Hampton, NY, and highend home theaters for such clients as Richard Gere and Clive Davis.  His speaking engagements include lectures at Yale University, NYU, Columbia U. and The Berklee College of Music (Boston).  He frequently addresses professional audio industry conferences and Audio Engineering Society (AES) workshops.
